Oh my goodness 'Unforgettable Fire'is one of my all time favorite songs ever. I can't even remember how many fic's I've done to that song it just never ceases to inspire me...
I love that song SFM. I was so glad I got to see it at the concert -- apparently it was the first time the boys had played it live in twenty years or something, and it was just incredible. Someday I will write a fic to it too, I think. :D
It's a different kind of beauty -- and there's a certain sot of beauty in everything, even if it's harder to find. I so envy you for being able to see the Milky Way. Even back in Charlotte the air wasn't clear enough for that. When I have seen it out in the desert or way up north, though, it's just stunning.
