and yeah. i think that churches should be allowed to decide how they're gonna handle gay marriage (go UUs!!! we <3 you!), but gay couples should definitely have the right to get married. AND the right to adopt/foster. (i'm looking at you arkansas- you not only hurt kids who woulda been adopted/fostered by stable gay families, you also hurt the minority of straights who just like to stably co-habit for decades w/o marrying. way to go.)
