Everybody uses the Cooliris Firefox plugin, right? Because that thing is awesome. Nothing is better for exploring Flickr, and I can't even stand to look through GIS results without using it. ugh. My favorite part about swine flu coverage is the assurance that it is no worse than any other flu. Does every other flu take up so much time on the news? I should start waiting tables in a mask. That'd be fun :)

As a cable news junkie, I really wish that the networks would figure out how to EXPLORE stories in depth rather than REPEAT the same tidbits of information over and over again all day.

Though, I have secretly wished that whole "wear a surgical mask when you're sick or just don't want to GET sick" trend would take off here in America for years. But I'm a crazy germaphobe.
