A stronger loving world

No new LOST this week, so I figured I'd do something different for a theme bento. I am still dying to see Watchmen, and I've gone from wishing gleefully for it to suck to starting to actually get my hopes up that it will be decent. Anyway, I had been kicking around ideas for a Watchmen bento for a couple of weeks, and I needed a vegetarian lunch ( Read more... )

Awesome! I don't know how you come up with this stuff, man. You'll love the movie. I had my complaints (one big one in particular), but otherwise loved it. I'll have a review up sometime next week.

Cloverfield? Maybe. I could see it. Actually it reminded me of something else...but it's...ahem...not exactly family-friendly.

Considering that I've now heard "goatse" and "fat man in a hot tub" as options, I guess vagina dentata is not really so bad! ;)

I would wait for the DVD. redembers March 13 2009, 14:50:03 UTC
I went to see it, and seriously, 3 hour movie that could have been done in 2 or less. 15 min gratuitous sex scene that served no purpose to add to the movie other than showing the hot chick naked.

Just My opinion, but I want my money and waisted 3 hrs back.

LOVE LOVE LOVE your bentos BTW!!!
I wish I had your camera and talent.

See, now if they gave me Carla Gugino naked, I'd probably have been there at midnight opening weekend ;)

Thanks for the kind words :D I just got a new camera for all but one of these pictures, and I've got a whole new learning curve to master. One of the biggest things I've learned through this whole project is, the better the tools, the easier it makes my job and makes it seem like there's some talent involved. Decent camera, ingredients, cookware...they're doing most of the work ;)

Thanks 8) Just a regular old knife. I did buy a couple of really cheap but sharp ones that I try to keep hidden away for myself because I got sick of hacking away at stuff with butter knives XD

Very nice, while the movie has its faults, I would certainly make an effort to see it. You are devoting time to Bentos, you should make the film a priority, despite what some may say...

I'm definitely going, I think it's worth seeing it on the big screen. A friend has finally been convinced to go see it, so we're trying to catch an IMAX showing. If I end up going alone, I'm not forking out the extra ca$h though.

I saw it in IMAX, and truthfully, if you can see it in IMAX all the better, but it didn't really make a difference.
