I have some sort of cold or sinus infection, so I won't pretend to be coherent. Instead, let's just take a brief look at the people and events that are shaping my world on this rainy 9/11

*OK, Fouad gets to eat between sundown and sunrise though, right? That's how one of my coworkers and her family do Ramadan. ((shrug))
*Other TV shows to watch: Rescue Me, Nip/Tuck, Boomtown (you can find this cheap at Amazon...a seriously underrated show). These are what I've been watching since I started feeling pretty done with Grey's. I can only take so much of Merideth's whining. haha!
Yeah, Fouad will be able to eat at night and he's been working nights, so the fast shouldn't be as taxing on his body as it otherwise might be. I wonder if there's a fatwa for people who work the night shift.
But I was somewhat hoping that his fasting might reduce the amount of food available to me. He cooks such rich and delicious things and when he's not around, I like to eat the rich and delicious things that I otherwise would crave (like pasta or hamburgers) so I'm eating myself into a rut. Something's gotta give.
I've heard good things about all three of those shows you mention so I should add them to my list for after I catch up in The L Word. And I know what you mean about Meridith's whining. Gah! Sometimes I think, "Oh, for God's sake, YOUR FATHER IS TRYING; just be nice!" There are very few likable characters on that show when you get right down to it.
