Isn't it? Did you look at the interior? It seems like it doesn't need any work, at least cosmetically. It's adorable.

3 to 5 years isn't that long, for me its more like 10. :(

Is that staying in this area? If I wanted to buy here, it'd be that long for me as well. I'm planning to take my money back to the Midwest where 100-200k houses aren't properties that are completely fire damaged and 200 sq feet.

No not here, I have 5 years of school to interject in there somewhere though, and I don't really know where I'll go after that.
