Legal Guardianship

On Monday, my mom e-mailed me about finding "guardianship info" for my sister Sara's kids, Mattie and Harrison. Over the holidays, she had discussed becoming their legal guardian and she is now looking into the paperwork necessary to make this change

i think its a good decision to have your mom take over legal guardianship. you have to do what is going to be best for the kids. i hope everything works out for the best!

They are definitely cutie pies. I don't know that my niece is as photogenic as my nephew, but they are both just darling. I adore them to pieces.

I think it's a good decision for your mother to be the legal guardian as well...the kids' best interests have to be the priority. I hope everything works out.
