WHO: Tim, Jason {closed}
LOCATION: The Room of Requirement
WEEK: 74
TIME: Later in the week, in the late afternoon
WHAT: Not!Robins bonding. Which might mean some hitting.
RATING: PGish. Probably some minor violence and swearing.

Tim had first investigated the Room of Requirement with Steph not all that long ago, and when he'd sort of intentionally goaded his older brother into sparring with him, this had seemed like the obvious place to go. He was already starting to play with the rules of the room, trying to figure out how to make it more secure without locking out the people he wanted to be able to find him, and was sort of using it as inspiration and a test run for the new Batcave designs he was thinking about. Most of the same books and gear for wizarding surveillance were there, but this time, he'd made sure there were some mats on the floor to prevent injury, and had even requested a few medical supplies tucked away on a shelf, just in case. Even if they'd promised to be careful while sparring, things could easily get out of hand, or mistakes could be made.

And really, it was probably perfectly reasonable for Bruce to be a little concerned. Jason didn't take it easy on Tim just because he was younger or inexperienced, but as weird as it sounded, Tim appreciated that. It was a sort of weird arrangement, to basically have the crap beaten out of you by your older sibling, but Tim had picked up more practical skills fighting with Jason than with training with any of his other family members. Anything that got him a step closer to being ready to go out on the streets and fight crime was good to him, and gone where the days when Jason could just kick his ass in three seconds. He'd been teaching him how to survive, not just how to throw a decent punch.

"I've been thinking this might be kind of what the new cave looks like," he said, standing on one of the practice mats already. "Since Dad said I could design the one we're setting up here. There's some stuff missing obviously, but it's been kind of interesting to have a working model to play with first."

He paused slightly before continuing. "What do you think? Anything you want me to add for the final design?"
