Your TOS stories are always such a pleasure to read. One's heart does flutter when reading about the passionate possessive side of Spock. I've always thought Sulu should be shown to be a fully rounded characters with humor and desires, so I really like the Sulu/Uhura friendship in this story. Is your previous fic (mentioned on your journal page in the comments, IIRC) with the Sulu/Uhura flirtation/romance online?

Thanks you for reading! And no, I haven't written it! I just mention that Uhura and Sulu tried to date but they knew it wouldn't work out, but there is still some wistfulness (mainly on Sulu's side), but Uhura counts him as a dear friend and vice versa (Wayward Plans is the story).

I very much enjoyed your story! The possessiveness Spock showed, even as he knew Sulu was watching ["yet you did not leave"! LoL] b/c he knew Sulu and Uhura were friends and Sulu might let her "unavailability" get out.

I bet those velour uniforms in TOS had a delightfully pettable texture.
