Uhura is celebrating an older birthday (like ~45) and the whole aging difference between her and Spock is starting to show. She feels old now compared to Spock and they deal with this issue.
This is in responce to prompts from theworldsforgot and pertectly n0rmal. I know it is not exactly what was asked for but ... but there is a baby, Spock and mention of the birthday. I tried, really, my PS muse is very opinionated and did not want to wake the baby with a noisy party.
