* Flight: It's Sam's ninth Flight and he's starting to feel useless. It doesn't help that he's a Nester that has more muscle and is taller than most Protectors. What is an angel starting to get into the desperate phase to do? // Lucifer and Gabriel were a Protector and Breeder without a Nester. They'd been in the Flights for more than ten years and never found one that would fight and make them prove themselves worthy to the Nester in question. It's frustrating and boring and even Michael has a full mating group with that Winchester kid and the littlest angel.

There's a verse by Whit_merule on AO3 called In His Image. The first fic concentrates on Gabriel but later fics bring in the poly aspect. She writes a few different fics with the foursome of Cas/Gabe/Sam/Dean. I did a "team free love" search based on a tag she used and came up with some more fic on AO3. She mentions a teamfreelove_spn on tumblr, but I am scared of tumblr and leave you to look for yourself :-)

There's a crack verse called Shenanigans that features the boys + Cas, Michael, Lucifer & Adam living in the bunker.

There's also To Make A Nest which combines A/B/O with angel polyamory.

Just in case - If you'd like Sam *and* Dean and more than one angel, there's quite a lot for a rare ship. You didn't mention if you're familiar with
Team Free Love fic. Is that of interest for you?

No, I'm not really interested in it. Which is exactly why I was prompted to do this search in the first place. I know there are lot of sam/Dean/Cas/Gabriel fics. What I'm looking for is fics with just one of the boys and other angels, because they're incredibly hard to find.

I'm on my phone so having trouble leaving links but I've written a Cas/Gabe/lucifer. It's on my lj or ao3 (their first Christmas) and sailorchibi on ao3 has done some great Cas/Dean/Gabe.

When I am back on my computer I will look through my faves to find more. I love poly ships.

ugh. I just went through my faves on ao3 and most of them don't meet your requirements :-/ you are right, it is hard to find them.

winchesterlifestyle, on tumblr, writes to prompts, so some of them are poly ships (I know she has written michael/dean/cas, and michael/dean/lucifer)

here is the link to one of sailorchibi's works (a dean/gabe/cas fic). I also found this, which is a dean/gabe/cas (obviously I have a dean preference, and the two I would have recc'ed with more Sam are already recc'ed above!)

my other suggestion would be the comm spn_moresomes.

they are not currently very active (in fact I think the last two updates were me), but there are stories from the past, some of which may suit? (I haven't looked too hard. yet).

this has Adam instead of Dean or Sam, but its pairing is Adam / Micheal / Lucifer, so you might like it.
