Mental institution - Dark/Angst and unhealthy co-dependency

I have been wading through tons and tons of mental illness recs, but I'm looking for something more specific than just mental illness.

1) Can be Sam, Dean, Jared, or Jensen - gen or any pairing.

I'm looking for one or both of the both in a mental institution for schizophrenia, severe anxieties, paranoia, narcissistic, or other personality disorders.
