While I've wanted to go to grad school and perhaps teach in college, the thought of writing a thesis or a dissertation terrified me.

The thought of driving used to terrify me, and I can do that as well as anyone. Maybe it's time to put in that grad school application.

You know, I can tell from the first date with a guy whether it is going to be serious or not. I am kinda sad that things with TJ and Gerardo didn't work out, but I am glad I dated them. I will be a better boyfriend/husband for the guy I end up with because of them ( Read more... )

Getting me to try new things is like trying to make a kid take a bath; It's nearly impossible, but when it happens, I love it.

(Unless, of course, I hate it.)

So we were playing Uno yesterday.

A girl, who I'll call Tiffany because I don't know her name, was down to one card. CJ plays a Draw 2. She gets back down to one card. Draw 4. I get down to one card. Wild Draw 4. Tiffany is almost winning again. Draw 2, please.

Then CJ says, "I'm the Hillary Clinton of Uno."

Bwahahahaha.

At the last Democratic debate, when Hillary Clinton was asked if she thought Obama would be able to win in November, she said "Yes yes yes."

Why, then, does she keep claiming that she has a better chance of winning in November? If Barack can win in November, why do you argue that he is unelectable?

When I am typing away in LiveJournal, it sometimes sounds like I am being more productive than when I am really working, just because I am typing.
