duckys_lady sent me some incredible material, so I made a quilt out of it. It's sort of hard to tell it's been quilted in this, but trust me, nearly every inch has a stitch or two in it.

It’s been a while since I’ve updated, but honestly, nothing is happening here. It’s hot, it’s smoky, and it’s boring… As Covid numbers go up, we hunker back down. Yesterday, after TBG complained once again, they finished planting our front patch. Still haven't put down the black bark yet, but we are just that one step from being completely done. Who would have thought it would take them that long? Ye gad, they ripped our garden out in late April and have only now put in plants... and monkey grass to boot ( Read more... )
