Happy April Season Everyone!!

OMG! The main girl in Mother Goose is so cute. Quinrose has really come a long way as far as art goes. I'm so excited. The guys are absolutely yummeh. I want the one in the hat for my bishie collection, kthnx

Yeees, she looks cute and, dare I say it, expressive in the quick little flashes of CG the movie gifted us with. That excites me more than anything else. I would love for Quinrose to start letting their heroines show some more emotion rather than the zoned stares we get a good portion of the time. I wasn't as excited about the guys earlier, just because their character designs seem sorta plan in comparison to Quinrose's usual stuff... but I'm a bit more intrigued now. Hat guy definitely looks awesome. The baker and obligatory megane hottie both look interesting as well. (I'm somewhat wary of the guy with the pimp cane just on principle... ) And I don't really have any sort of stance on the last guy quite yet.

The color schemes are starting to look really gorgeous too. More thought and a lot less of the uber saturation that's prominent in Alice and even Crimson to some extent.

Coloring in Quinrose games has always been ugly (is Alice's hair supposed to be green, brown or blonde???), but I think it's turning around. The art in this game looks rather pleasent and not-stiff.

I'm sorry. It's late. The quote "I'm somewhat wary of the guy with the pimp cane just on principle..." amused me. XDD Pimp canes are NEVER a good sign. DX Hopefully he won't be some Blood knock-off.

I know what you mean. For all their storytelling skills, thick, uninteresting inking, bright colors and stiff postures are sorta Quinrose's weak spots. Crimson was a little better than Alice because it had the texturing, but it was still fairly stiff and saturated. The pics for Peter Pan gave me a lot of hope color wise. But this looks like it's going to be better all around. (Hopefully we can get some of that to rub off for Toybox and Peter Pan.)

Yeah, a Blood knock off is my number one concern. 'Cause, unless that golden goose egg has some higher purpose like being a key to get into a secret Mother Goose vault that is totally a pimp cane... which doesn't say much about the character. (At least Blood's was a gun... >.<0)
