i have a new way which involves watching .avi's on my laptop in bed with the lights out the liquidy screen shuts off my eye muscles and lulls me out. it seems to ge the only thing that gets me asleep before 4.

oh! also... an oscillating fan

i think i may get my face stuck to my screen if i try that technique, like an insect

oscillating fans remind me of unbearable humidity
but def. a good sound for sleeping

black metal @ low volume usually does it for me. Also: watching/listening to movies that are hypnotic (when it's late enough, LOTS of things kin be hypnotic).--mza.

P.S. am up there often, we should do it agin, w/ a less-insane-size gathering!

you posted that you were now in brooklyn a longazz time ago.

the sound of rain puts me to sleep, as cliched as that is.

was already thought of on the way home from withers street one night your arm in mine and lizzy's too. everyone was aghast until i explained no, no, not mean-spirited gossip, just like you know: "i saw so and so today and they had on this green shirt and i thought what a nice green nice blah blah blah." it sounds like blah blah blah drone drone drone and then ah...you sleep perchance to dream of green shirts. but you shall make it and it shall be good. and i cant sleep right now. ha ha. its 4:20.
