Trying to stop the Thief from stealing would just be silly, and we all know that Attolia is never silly.

And I'm thrilled to have prodded you into actually writing this! Gen/Attolia fluff shall take over the world! (Except not really, because fluff is awesome, but they'd get all snarky with writers if they weren't occasionally given some non-fluff too. *sigh*)

Yeah, they don't do very well as all fluff, all the time. I think that's part of why I ship them so hard. (What fascination with dysfunction?)
