Characters: Elizabeta Hedevary [Hungary] (magyar_maiden and Désirée "DiDi" Chastel (notthebutch) Location: DiDi's apartment Rating: G Time: July 7 Description: DiDi and Hungary bond over cooking!
Magyar had realized that she may have gone a bit over board when she was carrying a neat half dozen bags up four flights of stairs. Of course, having grown in a home filled with many people she was quite used to large meals. If only that compulsion had given away after the last decade. No matter, she knew a few mouths that would enjoy any leftovers she may have.
She peered over the brown bags and smiled as she spotted the door, placing one bag on the floor to knock before quickly gathering her balance again.
She smiled gratefully, stepping over bags and closing the door. She stared a moment, looking at the amount of food there was. It seemed, no matter how they did things- there would be left overs. She smiled and followed the taller girl, "It was difficult to find things from my land here. Such is America but, I think I will be able to make a few things."
She was tempted to peek into the bags on the floor but she held her curiosity in for the moment and stood next to the human girl. Mmm...perhaps that wasn't right.
"DiDi is vraimant interested in seeing the food of Magyar's land! She has never had some before." Which she found to be quite a shame. In fact if she was to be honest with herself Hungary wasn't a country she had htought of very often in the past.
Really the only time she had ever thought of it was when she was a little kid. She couldn't even remember the channel, but when they showed cartoons they would have questions right before commercial breaks, and then the answer when they returned to the show. One of the questions had been something along the lines of 'What people from what country are called Hamburgers?' The answer had been Hungary. She wasn't even sure if that was true, and she thought it probably wouldn't be very polite to ask Magyar.
"We will be having a feast! We will have to be inviting others to share."

"Miss DiDi?"

"My! Let me help you." she said, and without waiting for a response relieved the smaller woman of all her bags.
"Come in, come in. Make yourself at home! It is yours too." She carefully laid down the bags next to the ones she had.

"Ah, thank you DiDi!"
