Characters: Eve and Sohki Location: Outside Aya/Eve's apartment. Rating: G Time: August 28, early afternoon Description: Meeting friends is childsplay!
The morning he had entertained himself with hassling Mushu. While he was rather fond of the little guardian, Sohki wasn't going to deny the fact that he was also fond of getting reaction out of the dragon. It was always satisfying, and while Mushu had escaped his capture this time, the kirin knew well that there was a possibility the next time.
Sohki was pulled out of his thoughts as he felt something hit against the large silver and jade crown on his head. Pausing in his afternoon stroll, the kirin opened his eyes as he glanced down to see what appeared to be a blurry paper airplane.
How odd.
Gracefully bending down to scoop up the paper plane, Sohki's attention shifted back up to regard the building he was standing in front of. It had to have come from there, and after relying more on the scent on the breeze rather than his sight, he caught sight of the little owner a few floors up.
"I believe that this belongs to you?" Sohki asked as he held up the paper plane.
Ducking behind the safe balcony wall for a few shy seconds it took Eve a moment to address the stranger, poking her head out ever so cautiously.
“Sorry….” She whispered, before clearing her throat. He couldn’t have heard her even if he had super hearing. He didn’t look too much like an alien or a super hero.
Sohki didn't bother hiding his amusement as he sensed the young child ducking behind the safety of the balcony wall. Humans, they truly were strange creatures, but as he caught her scent on the air, the kirin felt a slender brow rise up questionably when there seemed to be something different about this one. Curious
( ... )
Looking on in sheer astonishment, childish glee gleaming behind sparkling eyes, Eve's jaw was held open as the little bird flew up, carrying with it the small plane.
"Woooooooooooooooooooooooooow." Spoken on bated breath as the small blonde held a hand out slowly, the bird somehow found its target, dropping the paper straight into the small palm of it's owner.
"Thank you." She whispered, inspecting the plane for any left over magic, turning attention back to the person below when her thoughts focused on the small feathery little animal. How did you make a bird do that?

“SORRY! I DIDN’T MEAN TOO HIT YOU!”
She didn’t expect to get her plane back.
“YOU CAN HAVE IT IF YOU WANT!”
