It's right next to Death City Heights, in the- [Mrhh] -it's on the map in your communicator, all the way to the left, there. Next to the big "DCH".

That depends on what you want to eat. There are some places that let you get meals for free because were guests here, but other places you need the Death Dollars to pay for it. Ummm I think that Northern Lights is somewhere you can get a meal without paying, but I'm not a hundred percent sure sorry,.

Indeed there is! Two locations, in fact! One of them is in one of the outer quarters where new residents are housed, so it should actually be rather close to you. Very welcoming of them, I think. ☆
