[Stripp and her usual hero-suit is on]
Hello Death City, how is everyone doing? The cruise was really nice, thank you for that!

I’ve two things I’d like to address today. First, it’s a question mostly to Shibusen staff. Are we allowed to keep pets in our apartments?

And the other thing. I was wondering - and I know we are at war, however it IS ( Read more... )

[Well, that catches Leon's attention-- but more because he's been close with a pet shop owner who's taken the whole support animals thing to an extremist level... but then again, he can't say he hated the animals. Or the pet shop owner in question.]

"Animals Need Universal Support", huh? ... yeah, come to think of it, I guess the animals would need to keep safe from the witches, too.

Yes. And there are some animals who were brought by BREW as well, and I also worry for them.

Last I heard, we were allowed pets. [And he asked. Because someone was going to adopt a dog. Or all of the dogs ever.]

An animal care society, hm? Like an animal shelter?

We do? That's good to know!

Not only, but yes, like an animal shelter. Also to teach people how to care of an animal properly and perhaps a vet clinic too.

Mm hm. I was planning on getting a dog...or three.

That would be handy. [A stripper and an animal lover~ *_* She's perfect!]

Dogs are so cute, yes. I'm not sure how many I should get, but I'd also love to have a cat.

[she nods] I think so as well.

Animals do not need the help of people. If we're adapted here to our new environment, we should expect the same from them. Leave wild things to themselves.

That acronym is inexcusable.

Except we interfere with their environment constantly, we take them in as pets and we try to impose new things on them forcefully as we see fit. We must be responsible for our actions, else we'll only be beasts.

Acronyms are abbreviations formed from the initial components in a phrase or name. The groups' name is “Animals Need Universal Support”. I can't see what is our problem with it.

A species that cannot adapt to survive should be allowed to become extinct. Helping is meddling too. Save the prey at the predators expense or the predator at the prey's?

Nature knows better.

Humans are not a natural predator. Not anymore, at least. Or you are saying the species we have slaughtered are nature's way? Animals hunt for food, for territory, to live; we hunt them for fur, for horns, or because we are just bored.

That is not nature's way.
