But, you sort of need to talk to the Weapons themselves. They aren't actually sent over. It's a weird system but you basically talk to someone, learn they're a weapon and then ask to wield them. There aren't any massive sorting methods, except for morning training where one can wield someone in practice since there are a bunch of Weapons waiting to be wielded! [ oh and then a tenten came and shot down his dreams. ]

Could you share some more advice about the Weapons of this world?

A lot of them are open to a bonding or at least a training session being wielded. Some are more conservative with others and having a partner is more or less a very big commitment here like marriage. [ or at least to Tenten it is. ] They're actually people though, which means they have their own needs, sensitivities and personalities.
