Well done on your first reversebang!!!

You did an amazing job on all of these, and really captured the spirit of the story well. The amount of time and effort you put into these really shows.

As much as I love the comic, I think my favourite pieces overall are the main banner - which would look great as a book cover - and the part 2 title banner.

Beautifully done. x

P.s oops I left the first comment signed in as Annie - forgot to sign back in as me once I'd added your link to her master post. Lol - it's been a long day. :)

Thank you so much! We did it, yay! And I finally slept, even more yay :). I'm so glad you liked the set! I had a lot of fun working on it; I guess that's half the secret. And oh yes, long days indeed. No worries about that.

I still crack up when I read that comic :D And you drew and colored it so well! Also, the bright blue of the bear is hilarious. Dean's right; at least it wasn't pink. lol.

All the banners are beautiful, to say the least. The multiple layers at varying opacity really make the images interesting and give them depth. Love the animal shadows and composition.

Amazing job, girl! :)

Aww, thanks, love! I think Sam could not have been held responsible for his actions had he had to lumber through the woods all in pink. Although he could have tried camouflaging as a piglet or something then, I guess.

I'm so happy that you liked the set! More challenges than I can count, but honestly, what isn't for art rookies like me. I'm pleased with the banners, too. The animal shadows were a lot of fun - although my OCD tendencies resulted in a twitching eye or two when it came to giving all that fur clean lines. But it's done and you like it so meh, who cares about facial ticks ;). Thank you very much for your lovely comment! ♥.

Seriously, I love the banners and chapter headers, especially the animal one in green. And being an artist of sorts myself, I know how hard we can be on ourselves, but your main piece is so much fun, and you've really brought it to life with the colouring. So even if you aren't that happy with it, believe me, your audience will be! And I really want to read the story now, because of your art, which is exactly what is supposed to happen :D

You know how much I loved the original art and I adore the coloured version. It was really inspirational and not at all cracky when you think of where the series has gone!!

Thanks for everything - it's been awesome

You're right, I guess. Not as out there after all, now that I think about it. I hope show dresses them up again sometime; it's always fun seeing the outfits they come up with.

Thank you, too! It's been a delight working with you. ♥.

Thank you so much for your kind words about the art! I'm glad you liked it, original and additional pieces alike. But gosh, I'm relieved the comic is working for you. The colored version only grew on me with the final touch-ups, very much due to my lovely beta lightthesparks's advice. For weeks, I went "omg, really?".

Yay, mission accomplished! Now off to the next set :). When's your second entry due? Or did I miss it? I'm going to spend months catching up with all things RBB. Or LJ in general. And RL. And- oh, well. Everything, basically :).

What beautiful and witty art! You certainly made me giggle with the comic strip.

And I love that we got to see the b/w and coloured versions of the comic - the colours were so vibrant.

Great stuff, well done you! Take care, :)

Aww, thank you! Yeah, I thought the contrast between the original submission and the final comic was quite something, too. But to me, it's mainly the bear that pops there, and maybe the fox. I thought if Sam's going to be blue, I have to at least make it worth his while, right?

Giggles are perfect! Thanks so much for stopping by and taking the time to comment; I appreciate it. ♥.

You're absolutely welcome, you certainly deserve it, the art looks great!

And yes, that blue really does pop, especially against the orange of the fox. Stunning! :)
