My high today was talking to someone for about 6.5 hours.

My low was ............. something that I respect someone else enough not to put here.

My high was Kaitlin having a really great 24 hours. It was SO nice to see her be happy for so long and not have any meltdowns.

My low was still coping with hurt feelings. And worrying about someone I love.
