To contact the moderators you may either comment here (comments are screened, unscreened afterwards, if appropriate or not requested to remain screened) or email them at somniomods at gmail dot com.
To reach the mods through IM (for more detailed discussions), they can be found on AIM under the screenname somnio mods. However, they might not always be on - it won't hurt to contact through email or this post to find out when a good time to catch them on AIM might be. :)
