Saw the new Star Trek movie

I thought it was fantastic, but, then, I'm usually pretty easily amused. Kirk is so slutty! Spock is so logical! What more do you need??

In other news, I'm an overly emotional ball of emotions for no discernible reason. I've cried at random things 6 times in the past two days. And, no, I'm not pregnant. I'm surprised I didn't cry when [SPOILERS]

i really enjoyed it as well. i like how much it paralled the old movie. i do think scotty needs to sit down and figure out how to simplify engineering. all those catwalks and things are really impractical.
