[as he sat on the edge of the pool, legs in the water, slowly, ever so slowly, Tamaki was starting to second guess their little swimming lesson. oh sure, he had been ready to reserve an entire pool for them for the sake of Haruhi (she probably couldn't swim very well and he didn't want to embarrass her). but then after that conversation with Rise, he honestly couldn't take the thought of them being alone. so he had been ready to just have a fun swimming "date" in a public pool.
that is, until they arrived and found that it was completely full. and then one of the NPCs overheard him say the word "swimming lessons" and "somewhere else" or "another time" (he honestly couldn't remember) and suddenly they were shoved into another pool. it was smaller, but most importantly...it was isolated. so it would just be him. and Haruhi. alone.
of course he was thinking way too hard about this. there was no need to think of such things! he was just here to teach Haruhi how to swim and have some fun. they probably wouldn't even be there for more than hour-possibly less if Haruhi grew bored.
and so with such thoughts in mind he leaned back and waited for Haruhi to come out from changing. ...and maybe a little curious as to what Rise and Shiki actually picked out for her.]
