My top stories on AO3 2015

I don't know why I love statistics so much. I totally blame this on my brothers who were forever reading and discussing baseball stats. I find it interesting what is or is not read and what does or does not get comments and kudos. I also find it interesting that the top hits and top kudos lists don't always match.

Well, it looks like I need to start reading...I am sure I've read most of your stories but some don't sound familiar!

I still have one of the Big Bang stories to read. Every year I intend to make a better reading list and every year I fail. It also seems like every year, it's tougher for me to remember the individual stories. I really need to make notes of the ones I'd like to read again down the road!

At a glance, it seems as though, with my stories, the medium length ones seem to get the most kudos and hits. By hits, I mean I am dividing the total by the amount of chapters. I think most people like a five to 15 chapter story, and they like ones that are posted in a timely manner. I happen to like very long tales,
Interestingly enough, my longest story did not get as many comments as I had expected, and most people made only one comment at the end.
When I wrote a series of drabbles about Tony and Tim, and added mpreg into the mix, I got a lot of comments, many of them because readers were questioning the choices the characters were making!

Oh no, now I'll have to add the WC next year, LOL!

It seems like stories get more comments on individual chapters if the chapters are posted separately. I keep thinking I should make more comments on chapters while I'm thinking of it. When I get to the end I can't think of anything to say, except that I liked it, LOL.

I'm horrible at predicting what people will like. I've posted things I thought would go over well, and they didn't. I've posted things I didn't think would get much reaction and people loved them.
