"Annie" looks okay, but why do those guys have the exact same expression on their faces? On every single picture? I am honestly having difficulties keeping them apart.
I mean...look at them. It's actually funny. They look like twin Sad Keanus.
LOL SAD KEANUS YES. Um...they're angsty! or something! Life is hard, ok?? It's their Serious Acting Face. Let's just hope they have other expressions in the series.
I hope so, too, because if you look closely, you can see that "George" really has only one expression in every single picture (wide eyes/furrowed brow).
I'm also wondering... am I getting this right and George in this version is actually a doctor? I mean, that's a beeper in his shirt pocket isn't it? So, I'm thinking, George is a doctor and Mitchell is a nurse or something? I guess that's because it puts them more into the middle of the "Action" inside a hospital and leaves the door open for more stories. But really, I think it's a shame if they changed that. To me, one of the really sad things about George was always that here we have a guy with an IQ over 150...and he scrubs the floors in a hospital because fate sucks.
I have no idea if he's supposed to be doctor, but I hope not. That seems like a bad idea, if only because it'd be a lot harder to be under the radar. If that is a beeper in his pocket, he may have it for some other reason? IDK. We'll see.
It's originally a British tv series on BBC. (I highly recommend the original!) These pics are for the American remake of that BBC show. I wouldn't be surprised if there was a book with a similar setup, though. Especially with all these paranormal YA books that are so popular now.
