I mean, it's (possibly) not Cissie, and it's not comics!Artemis, and we already have an OC... Add in her previous years on the street and being Ollie's non-niece... Okay, so I guess Cissie/Mia conglomeration under a different name? But then you have her being half-Vietnamese... Is either Cissie or Mia a WOC?
