Is it bad that my favorite part of this was that Kevin made a 12-year-old cry? I mean, I like the whole thing, but I love that Kevin gets fed up and snaps just like everyone else, for once.

No, no! That's a totally awesome part to love. I love it! Besides I think Kevin would be amazingly hot pissed off. Granted, that thought is usually associated with Kevin yelling at his brothers or Mike or one of Mike's band/recordmates. ;D

Thank you so much! I have to admit, Kevin being more than sweet and innocent is a favorite characterization of mine. Right alongside of him being a diabolical mastermind. :D

*facepalm* Oh William, seriously. Please let Mike slap him.

I like that for once he's not quite playing matchmaker, and that Mike actually taked the effort to go around him.

*laughs* Mike would really like to except for how both William and Kevin would pout at him, and Mike can ignore William's pouting (it's the whining that follows that drives Mike to distraction), but Kevin's? Mike's pretty sure he'll never work up an immunity to it.

I like seeing the other side of characters that are usually brushed over or ignored, so I definitely had fun writing William as not into the Mike-and-Kevin thing. A part of me thinks William was fighting so hard against the two of them hooking up because he was worried that he'd lose Mike - a thought process that bleeds into my thoughts on the whole William-Mike-Tom debacle. And I think Mike is too stubborn not to go after what he is warned off from. ;D
