Sorry for being quiet lately. I feel like whenever I sit down to make an LJ post, all I stuff I wanted to talk about suddenly escapes me and I can't remember what I was going to write. :/ Frustrating. So, I'm forcing myself to sit down and write, anyway.

So, yesterday ended up being quite nice. The lady who won a book from me on Listia got in contact with me & we ended up meeting in person so I could give her the book instead of paying to mail it 10 minutes away from me. Well, ok, so I've BEEN back since Monday night, but I've been catching up on sleep and other things, so...yeah. Hi, LJ! I'm back from A-kon! Which was totally a blast, even though it almost started with Zack & I having a nervous breakdown. XD;;

So today was pretty rockin'. Not only did I get to spend some quality time with the mom unit, but I took her out to see Star Trek and we had a blastie. Mom and I used to watch TNG together when I was just a wee elementary schooler, so it made me feel all nostalgic. And yeah, I totally enjoyed it. (So did she, of course.)
