I also suspect that I'd gotten use to living without an admin staff or clerk so now that I have one I don't know what to give him because I do everything myself now.

You gotta be careful to teach other people how to do everything you do. Being able to get other people to take over your job is a leadership skill, and is essential for being promotable. If no one else can do your job, your company will never let you do other stuff, get promoted, etc. and you'd have to move out of your company. This was what happened to me and what I see happening to a colleague of mine in my current job.

I urge you to pass on (at least teach them how, if you still want to do it) anything that you can to other people, because doing everything yourself blocks you from being able to do more than or do something different from what you're doing now.
