Okay, its almost time guys. Final fic drafts and art rough drafts (so you don't have to have the art complete but you do need to be able to show you have started and made progress on the art) are due May 23rd give or take a few hours (or even a day, just get it in so I don't freak out and send you frantic PMs please :D ( Read more... )

Um, I'm in New Jersey - away from my computer that has the files I need to send you. I'll be back on the 21st but my access will be limited until the 22nd. Can I get everything to you then?

At the top they mention the due date is May 23, so I think you should be fine (not a mod though)

just to double check, the posting date is for when we post our fics/art on our journal and link back to the comm OR when we post our fics/art to the comm?

The posting date is when you post your fics/art at the comm and you are then able to post your fics/art at your journal and have it available to the public.

If you've finished your fics/art already and you have it at your journal it can't be open to the public until your posting date.

I can ask Krystal when she comes back online to answer this again for you if you'd like, since I'm technically not a mod?

That's what I thought, but I just wanted to make sure. I've been involved with some BB's that have their own websites and the fic/art only gets posted to that site, so wanted to double check.

The posting date is for when authors/artists post a link to their works to the comm, all things need to be locked for your eyes only before then!

okay this is obviously one of those things were im the only one who is confused because no one else seems to have asked it.

but where it says to put Username in the subject line for the art email, do i put mine or the authors?
