Game Of Thrones
HBO aired the first 15 minutes of the first episode of Game of Thrones last night. I must say, it looked VERY good. It stuck very closely to the book, which is a good thing. I recommend that all of you with HBO be sure to watch it. I take that back, I demand that you watch it. (If you missed it, it is on HBO's website.) -

Dad update (mom too)
He is home, and doing well it seems. Surgery was a success, and he is feeling better.
Mom was also declared cancer feree now, so she can go off the meds.
Thank you all for your thoughts and support. -

Dad is in the hospital. Just got out of surgery - they put 5 (count 'em, 5!) stents in around his heart. He seems to be doing fine, and will be home tomorrow.
Remind me to eat better. -

Just got back from watching Micheal Bay ass-f**k my childhood for 2 hours. What an awful movie. If the stupid decision making by the "plot" was not enough, the racial stereotype robots made my teeth clench. Did nobody in hollywood learn the lesson of Jar-Jar?
