as near as I can tell, Adult Concepts, would be items of a sexual nature, that aren't sex. discussions pertaining to, about, etc, but not graphic depictions. further, pictures of cleavage, or of a suggestive nature. (undies, braw, bulges, etc.)

Adult Content would be graphic depictions, nudity, etc.

however, this self-policing is only really important if you're posting public shots of your jubblies or something, and somebody flags you for inappropriate content.

Yeah I've had dreams about some of them too. I remember one time having this very hot dream about a guy friend I'd never thought of that way at all, but after that I would be like "Hmmm I wonder..."

Despite my overactive imagination, I prefer to date/have sex outside of my pool of friends. Dating friends is just so weird.
