If in this case not okay means, I really have to pee and I'm incredibly tired, then yes I'm not okay. Otherwise I'm really busy doing work, and am pretty much okay. I'm not quite sure anymore why I posted this. I was really, really tired. It might have something to do with the thought of sleeping and me still being awake. I was attempting irony.
