Oh god oh god oh god oh god.
Mac might have went around to the kitchen to get something to eat from the fridge to calm his nerves.
Only to find Riley there. Awwww, something smelled GOOD.
"Oh, hey Riley. You cookin'?"
Reply
"I am cooking, yes. Are you alright?" He turned around with a just finished box in his hands. "You look rather jittery."
Reply
"Hahaha, do I look it?" Mac said nervously.
"It's the last night before I head out so..."
Reply
"Oh, the fight. Yes." He laughed as if to put Mac at ease.
Then he noticed Mac looking at the latest box he made. Well, it didn't take Riley that long to put two and two together and held the box out to Mac.
"Do you want it?"

"Excuse me.. are you cooking..?"

Noticing this, Riley turned around and looked at Ilyana with the knife still in hand.
"Hm? Cooking? Yes, I am." he replied succinctly. "Were you looking to use the kitchen?"
Reply
"U-Um.. Yes.. Something like that.."
Reply
"Now, where were we? Oh yes." He sets the knife down on the counter top. "I apologise. I'll place my things in the fridge."
With that, he moves to stack the boxes on top of each other with Lucario taking one of them to the window. Salamence sticks his head through and eats the contents of it in one gulp.

Based on how close they were to the building, they either belonged to a trainer at the school or were students or staff themselves. How curious! Eusine couldn't help but investigate.
"Hello there," he waved to the Pokemon, approaching them. It was then that he noticed the open window.

Being the more polite of the two, Salamence bowed it's head to Eusine in greeting.
"Bring it to them then." came Riley's voice from inside the window.
Soon enough, Lucario appeared at the open window with the contents of another box for Salamence and Metagross. It looked at Eusine once more before turning its attention back to the window and the treat that Lucario was passing to him.

Hearing the voice, and the sudden appearance of yet another Pokemon, Eusine strolled towards the window. My, another boxed lunch? It seemed someone was being a busy bee.
He peeked inside and immediately spotted Riley. "My, you certainly have a way with food," he cheerfully commented.

"Ah, well..." Riley put down the sprig of onions he was holding. "One must practise to excel. And I feel like my skills in the preparation of food have declined, shall we say."

Turning around to see who was at the door, Riley saw someone unfamiliar. An exchange student? Or just someone new? Either way, Riley wasn't familiar with who they are. No doubt they were drawn to the kitchen by all the activity in it.
"Are you wanting to use the kitchen? I'll clear away my things if you do."

Gesturing to Lucario, he added, "Are they all your pets? I've never seen animals like them before." The blue dog-like creature reminded him a little of Rush, but he'd been surrounded by robot animals almost all his life, it was rather astonishing to see one in the flesh that still had Steel-like pointy bits.
Well, it looked like someone has yet to be initiated into the wonderful world of Pokemon.

"Pet? Animal? Oh no..." Riley shook his head. "Lucario," It did a polite bow to Rock as his name was mentioned. "Salamence," Salamence did the same through the window. "And Metagross," Metagross let out a metallic cry from outside the window as it hovered above Salamence's head. "Are my Pokemon."
"As for myself, I am a Pokemon trainer." He gave a bow to Rock. "My name is Riley."

What he didn't expect, however, was the sight that greeted him as he made his way through the door.
"You look like you've been busy."

"You cook a lot?"

He held out his other hand that wasn't holding the lunchbox out to Brock.
"My name is Riley. A pleasure to make your acquaintance."
