Leon had plans on hitting the bar later on for getting tanked-up halloween style and scare people will slumping around in drunken stupor with the two sharp objects inspired by his cafe costume, but for now, the lizard man was lounging on his ass watching cheap Halloween flicks on the boob tube.
With him is a sack of pennies for any trick or treaters that came over. What a dick.

This security guard is on a mission.
One of his stops tonight happened to be an important one. Goose peeked, and ONLY peeked, into the haunted dorm, looking about to make sure no zombie shenanigans were happening this year. It looked... safe. Was that something lurking around in there, though? Nah. That was probably a trick of light. No zombies, no static, no nothing.
The pilot grinned and closed the door. He wasn't going yet, though. He'd hang around here for a while, he decided as he went for a drink from the nearby water fountain.
At first, Goose hadn't noticed anything. That was, until he began to hear a faint tune out of one ear, as if it was coming from far, but being played very loudly. Enough to hit his ears. That tune was a bit haunting...
He glanced to the side, nearly not noticing a flash of green. Nearly. He glanced again, taking a double-take.
There it was. Staring at him. The music was still playing.
He began to step closer to it. Was it just some kid having fun? He seemed a bit unnerving.
Goose's mysterious company said nothing, however, and only moved towards him slowly. Not walking, but...floating? His stare was unwavering, and the pilot might notice the air around him was becoming uncomfortably warm...
the pool- late at nighthaswetpokemonOctober 30 2010, 22:37:05 UTC
Misty was enjoying the night. She had to admit that she was a bit... wary during this very certain holiday, all things considered, but she was still having a nice time. It maintained a nice atmosphere outside- not too dangerous (yet?), but it had that air of spookiness. It was a pleasant level of it.
That didn't mean she wasn't still classically worried, but that was mainly because of the way the school is. So far, no mishaps, though. That was a good sign.
She approached the pool, clad in her little mermaid outfit. It was October and the night air came to a cold breeze. It was a bad idea to take a dip into the pool, but sticking her feet in and looking at the stars wouldn't hurt, right? That would be just fine.
She sank down, sat on the concrete, and dunked her feet inside. That was refreshing, she realized with a sigh. She was more than content.

Again, Leon had plans of hitting the bar. To get smashed in alcohol. And scare people.
Goddamn he's still on campus procrastinating!
He had just made a trip back home to change forms and clothes, now about to head out in his best Voltaire-ish look. There was a lot of noise, a lot of screaming and, just a lot of stuff going on, but things got quieter as he wandered near the pool. It hasn't been an idea hangout spot since the Kraken was released, but he saw a familiar woman sitting by there, looking up at the stars, and that made him look up, too.
They were so gorgeous.
He edged closer to the pool, standing next to where Misty was sitting. The water was reflecting the moonlight really nice, too.
"Did the rest of the school forget to vandalize or party up this part of campus?"

That was a voice she'd almost forgotten, but once she saw the face it belonged to, it all came back to her. Thankfully, she kind of liked Leon, so this worked well. As long as it wasn't anyone like Char, then she was pretty good! She wondered what that outfit was supposed to represent, though.
"If so, I hope they keep forgetting or I'll have to dunk them!" Misty laughed. "I couldn't let anyone touch this place... my paradise."
She took to the water like a fish. Even if she couldn't dive in, it was still so beautiful under the moonlight and stars.
"Are you having fun tonight?" It was Halloween, after all. It was all about having a good time.

"I better get to pitch in on the dunking, but I just love doing that!"
There really wasn't anyone Leon could bother to hate these days, but it could be that out of the thousand or so people in this school, Leon rarely interacts with anybody. But she looked like a girl that wouldn't try anything.
"I'm enjoying things," he replied to her question. "Kind of lame on the spook factor tonight aside from the hall decor, but it's not so bad!" He took a minute to roll up his pant legs to the knees and sit beside her with his feet in the water. "What about you?"
Behind the school -- late night.silentpsynergyOctober 30 2010, 23:55:19 UTC
Isaac coughed a couple times, holding his arms and rubbing them fervently. It was cold and he had just recently caught an illness. Truly, it upset him because today was supposed to be the day of a magical celebration, one he had never heard of back in Vale. This year would have been his first year celebrating 'Halloween', but it had to be ruined because he was sick.
So, rather than spread his infection to other festival goers, he ran to the back of the school and stood a little off campus, staring into the star-studded sky fearlessly.
He really had missed the point of Halloween, not knowing that this festival was one to rile chills through his body and so he stepped courageously, with little thought as to what paranormal anomaly might have been following him.
The Adept sighed and he pouted, thinking about whether or not he should be a little selfish and head back to the hub of holiday activity.
Isaac was not the only one sitting out of the Halloween festivities, but Hawke was abstaining for different reasons, reasons that mostly involved him being a gigantic wet blanket.
Tonight, however, he at least had a reason to be out and about, albeit not in costume. After last year's zombie episode, Hawke was not too keen on having something like that happen again, and had left his dorm with the intent to patrol. Partly because it was a nice night...but partly because he wanted to hedge his bets and make sure there weren't rampaging zombies again.
He saw Isaac's shadow from around the corner and instantly tensed, wondering why the figure was so still. Hawke knew it was probably just a student, but better safe than sorry, and put his back against the wall, taking a deep breath before springing around the corner.
There was a soft shuffling behind him and the Adept, unaware of 'stranger danger', turned around to face his company. Isaac found himself confronting one who looked older than him...and way stronger at that.
The seventeen year old grinned. "Hello. Are you here to watch the sky too?"
He stepped aside, opening up a space next to him, indicating that he was more than happy having Hawke by his side.
Of all things, Hawke did not expect an invitation, even a non-verbal one. He wasn't quite sure what to think beyond why does everyone at this school have to be so friendly?. It was something he was altogether unaccustomed to.
But the kid wasn't a zombie, at least, so he allowed himself to relax. "I was just...patrolling." He said finally.

Claus was not in costume. In fact, he was in all black. Generally, he was a pretty good kid, but when it came to causing mischief, he was much more willing to do so than his more timid twin. This particular night Claus felt that a little harmless, totally (semi... if you work at it) washable graffiti was in order. He looked around shiftily, dropped his bag, and started to take out a few cans.

Who knew if he'd be alone or not?

The figure was, for the moment, unmoving and therefore didn't make any noise, but it was there nonetheless, standing at the end of the hall.
Watching.
Waiting.

Hopefully nothing would ruin her night...
