And who of all people was walking towards him? None other than Smeargle of course! She noticed him for a moment, but was too preoccupied with her sketchbook. Opened to a fresh page, she wondered what to draw now that she was out for the day.
However, this didn't stop her from slowing her walk as they neared, acting as if she didn't see him, still buried in her sketchbook, turning to another page.
Noticing Smeargle out of the corner of his eye, Jeff tried to place a name to the face. He had never been formally introduced, so her name escaped him for the moment. If he had bothered stalking a certain ginger student's online journal, he would have known her name. Oh well, not like he cared.
However, he couldn't help but be intrigued by the sketchbook. Although he wasn't much of an artist himself, he appreciated the arts. So deciding on a whim, he pulled out on of his ear buds. "Excuse me, but would you mind if I took a peek in your sketchbook?"
Oh god, today wasn't a good day to bring the wrong sketchbook out into the open.
Stopping, she closed it up, looking up at him. Huh. Smiling, she handed it to him. "Not at all, go on." She told him, nodding. To be honest, she totally forgot what she drew in parts of the sketchbook..so, it was on her mark if it was something terrible. Oh well!
"Thanks," he smirked at her. Flipping through the pages, he had to admit that she was good. Clearly that came from hours of practice. However, there seemed to be one person in particular that filled many of the sketchbook's pages.
Closing it, he handed it back to her. "I take it you're a friend of Mike's?" The other option was 'creepy stalker.'
That's a lie..only a few pages. Taking it back, she blushed a little, "Well, you could say that," she told him. Wait, then it hit her, "...You know Mike?" she asked him, tilting her head a little.
