New program, new troubles

So I've been using Imovie to make vids, since that's all that was available to me...until now. Final cut express is a whole different playing field, in that it is equipped with virtually everything you could ever need or want. I had no idea how daunting a task it would be to master this program and I still haven't really conquered it ( Read more... )

*squees* Oh my gosh! The first one... broke my heart, the second one ripped it out. XD Man you did a terrific job on both of these... The first one was an awesome AU with the little girl just pulling at me... and the way you matched her and sam up. Simply made out of pure awesome! Then in the second video you definitely made me recall all the heartache plus a little from the last episode, and then having the voices over layed... just perfectly mad the video sooo... wow. Just... really really good job!

Hi there, I'm glad you liked the vid and you can find the downloadable version here http://www.4shared.com/file/38133604/713375c1/worth_saving.html

As to imovie, could you tell me what version you have? I'm not familiar with the newest, so don't know how much help I could be but I'll take a peek around and get back to you. ;)

Umm, the version I am familiar with is 5, I don't know how different they are, but if you torrent version 5 for imovie, I'd be a greater help. If you can't or don't want to torrent the next version, here is a page I found that sounds helpful.

try it, and see. I also need to know where you're at in vidding, if you're semi pro and you know the basics and how to use them, or if you're a beginner, or what. ;)

I can't tell you how ecstatic I am to be able to follow your progress! Especially now that you use Final Cut, which is basically the best editing software for Mac users. And you already put that to great use with your very last vids!

Keep it up, I'll definitely be around to watch your vids, because I know what's in store will be great and will keep getting better and better!

Is there any way that I can get a download link for "Never Alone"? It was one of my favorites and YouTube's being a tool and says it's been removed.
