Backtagging: Sure! I don't mind it at all, if just because it helps to build CR and flesh out things that may not have gotten notice otherwise.
Threadhopping: Sure, as long as it's an open thread. I have no qualms about this so long as the other player(s) involved are cool with it.
Fourthwalling: Unless it's a specific event, please ask me first. 9 times out of 10, I'll say it's cool.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): I have yet to find something I wouldn't at least consider, so it's all good.

Hugging this character: Go for it! You might get a hug back... or if you're a guy, an awkward pat on the back.
Kissing this character: Go for it! He'll be embarrassed/blushy/flaily... or if you're a guy, you'll get embarrassment tempered with "wtf".
Flirting with this character: Go for it! Again with the embarrassed/blushy/flaily. It could also go over his head depending on what's said or done.
Fighting with this character: Go for it! ...at your own risk. (Details about what to expect can be found here.)
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Beat the hell out of him. Cut him, bruise him, break bones, throw him down the stairs, impale him with a pitchfork, bash him over the head with a lamp, step on his toes. Push him as far as you like... just be warned that too far will bring out the Hollow!
Killing this character: Unless you have a plan for dealing with the Hollow, which would keep him from actually dying, that might be tough. Regardless, please ask first. And if I'm on-board, and you do have a plan for Mr. Hollow, I'm all ears!
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Please ask, if only because that way you'll know what your character would see/find!
Warnings: Keep in mind that Ichigo has the Hollow inside him (He doesn't have one of those "Intel Inside" stickers, though. He really should.)! It is not friendly, nor is it easy to take down, and it possesses high-speed regeneration on top of all of Ichigo's usual Shinigami abilities, so if injured, it can come back in a flash. It also shoots Ceros from its horns (take those out to stop him from firing his lasers!)
