Okay, this is the first true subtexty Gor slash fanart, inspired by this line from Tarnsman of Gor:
"We, with Talena, shared a tent, and, to Kazrak's amusement, I set aside a portion of the tent for the girl's private use, protecting it with a silk hanging."

So we see, very precisely, through her eyes - which has the effect of role-reversing the traditional painterly Gaze as in the work of Courbet, Titian, Giorgione, and pretty much any artist in history you can shake a paintbrush at.

It makes absolutely no sense on Gor for Tarl to partition off the tent (1) because the notion of privacy when with one's slave obviously doesn't exist, what with the 'taking your slave on the back of your tarn and throwing her clothes down to the populace below', not to mention the everyday sight of naked women in the slave market, being branded, etc. etc. etc. (2) if he's going to be so prissy, putting her on one side and him and Kazrak on the other? Huh, wherefrom, and WTF? has got to be the first thing going through Kazrak's mind at this little maneouvre, rapidly followed by "Uh-huh. I *thought* so, the way he looked at me on the highway", and then -
- scene, as depicted above.
