Hot Bikram Yoga at
Old Street. For those who don't wish to peruse either website (although I recommend it!), Bikram Yoga is 90 minutes in a room heated to 40C. There are
26 poses, sandwiched by two breathing exercises. It's the exact same thing every day, and yet every session is different

I don't think you are crazy. Not sure yet whether this is the sanest thing you have ever done. But I am very impressed. And I do hope for you that you will find more time for the next 30 days. Although I am sure it is hard to imagine right now. But don't let the break in between get too long.
Hooray for your name going on a board. I am looking foward to hearing more about your progress. And I kind of think the benefit for your body will be huge, but it very likely will be surpassed by your growing mental strength. That is actually what I read out of your long post. And that is such a super win!
