what kind of exfoliator do you recommend? a simple washcloth, a natural one (like olive oil and sugar), a specific product, or what? :) thanks!

The key is to avoid any exfoliator with harsh granules. Make sure your scrub is smooth, made of rounded microbeads instead of, for example, ground nuts or fruits (which are still great for the body). The gentler the scrub, the better. Personally, I don't use any oils on my face as they clog my pores like crazy, but many people have good results from that.

She has a post Here about a Honey and brown sugar scrub. I've been using this about every 3rd day and I love it. Especially chilled in the fridge.
