I cannot express how bothered I am by this Black Friday trampling. Some people are blaming Walmart for not having enough security. Now, I hate that store, but I disagree completely. We should know better than to break down doors and run over people just to shop. This wasn't a food bank for starving people or limited medicines for the critically ill

yeah. i know. we've bred this wild rabid consumerism. we've marketed ourselves into a mindless stupor. it is sad. as a society, this is what we've become. look at the economic crisis- it is the same basic thing.

but this death and this lack of any sort of empathy. that is sick. i don't know what to make of it either.

it really is sad. i didn't hear about the shoppers who wanted to continue to shop. that's horrifying!!!

just the night before i was watching something on TruTV that was showing the worst black friday clips where people were falling down and getting into fights. i was appalled just watching that.
