Haha, I think the blood type thing is based on the (utterly bizarre) Japanese folk belief that blood type determines your personality, sort of like a sun sign in astrology or something.

I know some people believe that they should only eat certain foods based on their blood type. It's like a horoscope thing. It's like, all the original hocus pokus bullshit you love, but now with the added flavor of SCIENCE!

I'm not really a hundred percent sure. It's just the first color that comes to mind. It probably has some deep meaning or something but I don't really know haha.
