So, for Christmas for my brother Mike and family, I gave them a certificate that said that once a month I would stop by with a week or so worth of dinners that they could keep in their freezer and pull out when needed. oooh, I want to come help you run around screaming... I may need it, I'm only 3 weeks into the school semester and I'm already feeling buried, But, I only have a couple more classes to take after this semester (unfortunately the majority of them are 3rd and 4th semester Spanish)

February 23rd or 24th is the next cooking day (unless of course something unforseen occurs. In which case, who knows when?) It is a Friday or a Saturday. (Do you have work/school on Fridays? and if so, when?) You are more than welcome to come. We could use extra help. Although, this time around we're going to be more organized than last time... (We didn't even have the shopping done last time! We did shopping, cooking, dicing, preparing, everything in one day.) You will have to provide containers to store the stuff in. I recommend Gladware bakeware (it's black, microwavable, ovensafe, dishwasher safe, not very expensive, and disposable if they crack). Our goal is $50 a family for the 10 entrees, but I must add the disclaimer that it might be a little more (of course, it could be a little less, too). And you'll have to let me know if there's anything that you or Eddy won't eat. (Shanna doesn't eat pork products. Grandpa can't have beef because of gout. Becky doesn't like olives... stuff like that. Of course, if you're here helping to ( ... )
