Sooo I managed to pick up one of those new Evo 4Gs from Sprint, had been looking for it on and off since last month with no success and got lucky through a connection or two. My last phone was seriously monlithic (Motorola Razor, no internet or anything) so this is a whole new experience for me and i'm still figuring out all the neat stuff I can do

Ah, that would be fun! But it's a bit short notice for work, and substantially more expensive on flights right now :< plus it'd be hard to coordinate PAX-related fun with more responsible tasks like investigating job markets and talking to leasers.

Still, I totally forgot about it or I would've been more on top of it like a month ago or something. But hey, if I move I can go every year!

YOU'D BETTER! The pacific NW is a neat place to be, in my not-so-humble opinion. I really love the coast, it's gorgeous. It's not WARM, but it's still pretty! We'll hang out sometime!

Good luck! That actually sounds like a good idea! I am interested in moving up that way sometime down the line, but haven't really thought of HOW to find work there. :I

Thanks! It's haaard to look for jobs even in your own area when you work full time and the last thing you wanna do when you get home is what is essentially more work, yeah. I've looked and applied for a few things here and there but it can be hard to get the motivation.

I've wound up saving a decent amount of money since I started working at my current job, enough to start feeling comfortable with the idea of moving out there even if I don't have something lined up; There are a good number of resources I could make better use of for that kind of thing once i'm actually there, anyways.
