Long Weekend and Chinese New Year Parade

Today is day number two of a five-day weekend. It was originally going to be a six-day weekend because I worked an extra day a couple weeks ago for this training in San Francisco. Unfortunately, there's an important meeting on Wednesday that I have to help prepare for on Tuesday. This is the breakdown of why I have so many days off

omg. the black bean moon cake is the DEVIL. That's the pastry that got me sick when we took that road trip up the coast, remember? Deviiiil! I will NEVER FORGET it! Ugh...I still have vivid memories of that....blech!
